About Great Assistant
Great Assistant connects talented virtual assistants with entrepreneurs and small business owners across the United States and Canada. We create strong, long term matches based on the client’s needs, the assistant’s skills, and how they work best together.
Finding the Right Match
Our thorough screening and vetting process helps us understand each candidate’s experience, strengths, work style, goals, and qualifications. It’s important to us that each match is right for both the assistant and the client and has the best chance of becoming a successful, lasting working relationship.
Our process includes application questions, assessments, interviews, and other screening steps. Each step helps us learn more about your skills and determine whether a position matches your experience, availability, and career goals.
